Our journals were created to help people with all sorts of chronic illness better manage their symptoms and hopefully make their lives a little easier. As someone with chronic fatigue syndrome + fibromyalgia, I found it difficult to track my symptoms, where things were improving and getting worse and what was triggering and helping my symptoms and health in general. I also wanted a place to track everything including medical teams, treatments, appointments etc, and something i could take with me to explain my health ( we all know hard that can be!)

Our journals are also backed with Occupational Therapy knowledge in energy conservation, pain management and helping people to be do the things they want and need to do in their daily lives. I believe our journals will be so beneficial in helping you track your triggers and symptoms to enable you to make changes and improve your wellbeing and daily functioning. A know even little improvements make such a huge difference when you’re living with a chronic illness.
